New Development Method

I may be changing how I develop the game, specifically how I approach making levels.

What I used to do was make an entire basic version of a level, one at a time. What I may be doing now is simply making only the main features, like enemies, power ups, visuals, mechanics, etc, one level at a time, and once I make all the features of all the main levels, then going back and creating the level layout and progression, and any other new things I may think of.

I thought of pros and cons of each method, and the new method has more pros, and less cons than the old method. and in general I feel like I simply prefer the new method. The biggest con for the new method however, is the fact that I wont have any new full levels to show off, or let people play, but if I really need to, I can simply just put a pause on working on new levels, and just finish one of the levels that I have already made features for.

I don't really have much of an idea of when Alpha 2 will be released, both when it comes to actual time, and when it comes to how much I want to have developed. The only thing I can say is that Alpha 2 should definitely come out during 2024, and when it comes to the full game, I have even less of an idea for when that comes out, probably not during 2024, and definitely not close to when gta 6 comes out, but if I had to guess, the full game may come out in 2025. Maybe. Probably.

Btw, what you see in the screenshots in this post are teasers for a new power up, and a new level.
